The latest survey about the satisfaction at G2A gave us many reasons to be happy and proud. Job satisfaction is as high as 90%! What is appreciated the most are cooperation within teams, managerial support, and work-life balance.
The G2A team really experience the mutual support. This is the main conclusion of the study! Knowledge-sharing is at its finest, much like trust and cooperation within teams. As for the support from our supervisors? We highly value them being open to feedback and appreciative of our efforts.
We support each other and share our knowledge
The general areas we rated the highest are team cooperation (93% positive ratings) and managerial support (83%). Trust and support from colleagues are especially appreciated aspects of cooperation. We also appreciate our coworkers skills, active interest in accomplishing high results, and effective knowledge-sharing. The cross-team cooperation was also highly rated.
Regarding managerial support, we highly rate managers’ openness to feedback and appreciation for our efforts and input.
We are also happy that the highest-rated specific areas are knowledge sharing among coworkers (96%), sense of trust and support within teams (96%), and high skill levels of coworkers (95%).
Work-life balance and remote work supremacy
Hybrid model with emphasis on remote work, and work-life balance? We make it work. As many as 88% of us are happy with the balance between professional and private life. 61% of us prefer remote work, with 39% would prefer a hybrid model. It’s a good thing we’re a digital-first company and it’s easy for us to adjust to such preferences, because this is how we work every day.
High satisfaction with self-development at G2A
What about our opportunities for self-development? We have excellent rating here as well. More than 84% of us think that their tasks are interesting and challenge-rich. 74% feels they can use their competences at the highest level.

In addition, our “G2A for Learning, Development & Well-being” program for 2023 covering 350 developing events is highly rated as well, at 4,7/6. It’s no wonder that 92% of you would recommend G2A as an employer which supports employees’ growth.
