So, youâve found your dream job offer on G2Aâs Careers page or someplace. If youâre wondering what are the next steps that you should take and what will happen afterwards, weâll explain that in just a bit.
First off: smile and send your applicationđ Next, treat the hiring process at G2A as a fascinating adventure during which youâll get to know awesome people and an amazing company where youâll stay for a longer bit (we hope!).
Weâre open to all new folks who want to join our ranks. Weâll be more than happy to take a look at your job application. If itâs exactly what weâre looking for, weâll call you with an invitation to the first interview. Depending on the team youâre applying to, the recruitment process will consist of three or four stages.
In case of IT or senior positions we often conduct two technical interviews, during which your competencies will get a chance to shine and youâll find out if the position youâre applying for is the right fit for you.
Stage one: an interview with Wiola the recruiter
During the video call with Wiola youâll get to know G2A, your future role and team better. Youâll also learn more about our values and work culture (G2A DNA), as well as the benefits that we offer (such as Multi Sport cards, access to private healthcare, free language courses, various training sessions, our own spa, gym, Games Room, the Welcome Pack and many other). Sheâll also be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
This will also be an opportunity for you to tell us more about yourself and your professional experience. Youâll get a chance to show off your strengths and convince us that youâre the perfect person for this job.

Stage two: a technical interview with your prospective team
Alright! There was chemistry, there are just the competencies weâre looking for, so here comes the next step! Itâs a technical interview that will be conducted either in our office or via Microsoft Teams. Youâll get to meet your prospective manager and colleagues.
This meeting will be a chance for your hard skills to shine this time around. Hereâs another hint: we donât just love asking, but also answering questions. Be sure to prepare a list of those in order not to forget anything important that youâd like to ask us about.
An atmosphere of support and kindness is guaranteed! If youâve reached this stage, then this means youâll rock this interview. Weâre keeping our fingers crossed.
Stage three: feedback
Once youâve finished all the previous stages, youâll get feedback from us regarding you being a fit for our team and the position you applied for.
If everything goes smoothly and you get invited to join us, Wiola will share our offer with you and youâll discuss all formalities. Next, your application will be handled by the Payroll and Onboarding teams. Soon more awesome people will call you so that you can get all the official stuff done and start your adventure at G2A with a bang đ
It might also happen that your skills are not exactly what we expect or need at the moment and itâs absolutely natural. If you wish, weâll give you constructive feedback regarding our decision.
