G2A.COM, the rising giant of the gaming industry, has taken a leading position. Co-founder/CEO of G2A.COM, Bartosz Skwarczek, speaking after officiating at the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Taipei Game Show said: “G2A 3D+ shows that we are serious about 2016 and the future of gaming. This is the first of many G2A investments in new technologies so that we strengthen our position in the Asian markets and reach new customers worldwide.”
This was confirmed by G2A Co-founder/CMO, Dawid Rozek, speaking in Europe today he said: “G2A 3D+ now offers an all-in-one 3D printing solution for the gaming industry. It’s the start of a wonderful revolution in gaming experiences.”
“3D Printing gives us unlimited possibilities to customize any type of figurines, models and gadgets. Gamers will be able to physically interact with the game and bring what they see on the computer screen to life.” said Patryk Kadlec, G2A head of Business Development and founder of 3DGence. G2A.COM worked in collaboration with 3DGence, a leading European manufacturer of 3D printers.
G2A 3D+ was created to bring joy to gamers, and for the developers to enrich their titles in a new way. Yao Song, the Chinese Region Manager at G2A added: “You can expect the first figurines in your homes in the upcoming months. Following keen interest from Asian companies, G2A opened the opportunity to new partners at the Asia Pacific Game Summit in Taipei.”
Entering the world of G2A 3D+ requires a close co-operation between G2A and content providers. Interested partners with limited resources have the possibility to leave the implementation to G2A. From the customers’ perspective, two things are crucial: that they receive the best quality product and that they receive it as soon as a new developer enters the platform.
G2A prioritizes the security of the content entrusted to the platform in response to the concerns of the game development community, regarding potential intellectual property violations and illegal distribution of the content, while G2A 3D+ provides all of its users with three approaches to DRM: DRM free, software DRM and hardware DRM.
