My adventure at G2A.COM as a Data Industry Analyst allows me to excel in various areas that I love.

I start the week by analyzing Web3, the gaming industry, and my themed feed on X. In the middle of the week, I conduct industry brainstorming sessions with our business partners. Fridays are dedicated to deepening my knowledge and catching up on newsletters.

Every day, I use Miro and Figma, my favorite tools, which help me transform acquired knowledge into insights and reports for our company. With up-to-date market data, making precise decisions becomes much easier.

In my free time, I co-create the podcast “Nordic Walking through Rotterdam,” and spend my evenings glued to my Nintendo Switch or reading gaming biographies, or something equally fascinating.

From a young age, I loved improving various things. I transferred my creativity from playing with Lego blocks as a child to optimizing in business.

The first step in my career life was a position in the User Support department at one of the largest banks in Poland. The next challenge was starting at G2A.COM in a completely new area for me – UX Research.

My career path led me from junior to senior UX Researcher in two years, and then, thanks to company-provided training, to manager. After more than seven years at G2A.COM, I believe it was an excellent decision.

The words “Act as if what you do makes a difference. Because it does!” are a good description of my career at G2A.COM. I started my journey in 2015 as the leader of a small IT Support team. After six years, I moved to the Cyber Defence department, where I am responsible for security policies for the entire organization.

Every day, I strive to translate the complex language of IT into communication that everyone in the organization can understand. Personally, I am a productivity enthusiast, I have two wonderful daughters, I love all kinds of gadgets, and I am an Iron Maiden die-hard fan.

For me, G2A.COM is more than just a company – it’s amazing people, inspiring leaders, and a place where unconventional thinking meets daily challenges and comes out victorious.

My first years at G2A.COM were a time when the company was growing very dynamically. Every week, new, interesting people joined. It was also an intense period of implementing new technological solutions and shaping the unique organizational culture.

I started as an Infrastructure Administrator, became a Senior after two years, and in 2019, I became the leader of fourteen of the best SysDevOps under the sun. I learn from them every day, and despite our differences, we form one of the most cohesive teams in the organization.

For me, G2A.COM is an adventure with amazing people and interesting projects, like building our Data Center in Amsterdam from scratch. It’s a place where we rely on trust and teamwork. In my opinion, it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for.
