We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to join our growing Key Account Managers team! If you’re ready to form strong long-term business relationships with our partners, identify the needs of our customers and work towards ambitious sales goals, this is just the position you’re looking for!
You’ll face challenges such as preparing daily and monthly reports, collecting and analyzing data for business presentations, as well as working on projects improving the work of the Partnership Services team. You’ll take part in fairs, training sessions and industry shows.
If you’re proactive, capable of finding solutions on your own, communicative, empathic, and customer-oriented, you’re just the person we’re looking for.
You're a perfect match for the role, if:
- You have at least two years of experience on a similar position
- You’re skilled with computers and CRM panels
- You’re skilled with MS Office
- Your English skills, both in speaking and writing, are on a B2 level minimum
- You’re perfectly capable of working in a team and solo
- You have excellent communication skills
- You like challenges and know how to solve problems quickly
- Your adaptation skills and flexibility help you adapt to changing conditions on the fly

Your responsibilities:
- Form strong and long-term business relationships with our partners
- Identify the needs of our customers and company, as well as implementing new solutions for customers and/or identifying areas which require improvement to help us reach our sales goals
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on account statuses, results, etc.
- Control sales reports and prepare them if needed
- Collect, analyze, and prepare information required for business presentations
- Work on company projects assigned to you
- Always learn about G2A’s products and services
- Participate in fairs, training sessions and brand shows
- Cooperate with other Partnership Managers to identify the needs and areas for development in your team
- Proactively look for solutions to existing problems in order to improve the work of your team and company, as well as customer service
