We're looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics to help our organization unlock the full potential of data. Your leadership skills and ability to explore and implement new technologies and analytical tools will play a key role in strengthening our position as an industry leader.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy, growing the team of analysts, and fostering a data-driven work culture. This includes advancing sophisticated analytical models and monitoring key performance indicators. By collaborating closely with leaders from product, marketing, and finance teams, you will deliver data insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Your role will also involve identifying optimization opportunities and providing business recommendations based on analyses and reports that have a tangible impact on company performance. Additionally, you will oversee the development of analytical tools and processes, including the implementation of solutions that automate data acquisition and analysis to streamline business operations.
