Join G2A.COM as an Art Director and leverage your extensive experience to play a key role in shaping and implementing the brand’s creative strategy, overseeing all aspects of visual communication. You will be responsible for the entire creative process – from designing marketing campaigns, leading the creative team, implementing new technologies, to overseeing the execution of strategy and vision.
A crucial part of your role will be maintaining and continuously developing G2A’s visual identity, ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. - You have at least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a creative team.
- You have experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
- You possess an impressive portfolio of diverse creative projects — show us how your expertise in visual design, visual communication across different channels, branding, and UX can inspire and impress others.
- You are a natural leader with a passion for team management — you excel at motivating, inspiring, and setting direction for creative teams to achieve exceptional results.

Your responsibilities:
- Creative design and oversight of all visual aspects of the G2A brand, including marketing campaigns – from concept to execution.
- Creating mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations that communicate the campaign vision to internal teams and clients.
- Developing and executing engaging design concepts for a variety of campaign materials, including print advertisements, digital banners, email templates, social media graphics, and video content.
- Creating high-quality visual concepts that resonate with diverse target audiences and are used across all marketing channels.
- Overseeing and executing creative A/B tests, including analysis and evaluation of results.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining and continuously developing G2A's visual identity, ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Managing and mentoring a team of designers and other creative professionals, including video producers, content creators, and external agencies, to ensure high-quality results.
- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure consistent and effective visual communication that meets the organization’s needs.
- Tracking industry trends and implementing new techniques and technologies to keep the brand’s visual content interesting and engaging, while optimizing the team’s workflow (including the use of AI-based tools and solutions).
