Employee Satisfaction Survey Results at G2A: Together, We’re Creating a Great Place to Work

The results of the latest Employee Satisfaction Survey at G2A 2024 give us many reasons to feel proud and happy. G2A’s greatest strength lies in its people and strong collaboration💙🧡. Teamwork within departments and positive relationships with managers received the highest ratings. 

Year after year, we’re seeing increasing satisfaction scores, which proves that the changes we’re making align with the expectations of our (co-)workers. The average satisfaction score reached 4.1 out of 5 – the highest since the survey began in 2019. The overall job satisfaction index stands at an impressive 84.3% (an average of the percentage of positive responses to 11 key questions). 

Collaboration and Managerial Support – Our Greatest Strength 💪 

Team Collaboration – Our Highest-Rated Aspect. Collaboration within teams is the area we value the most – with an impressive score of 4.6/5. We feel we can rely on each other, share knowledge, and achieve success together. Managerial support also remains strong (4.3/5), which means that leaders at G2A listen to, appreciate, and support their teams. 

We’re also proud that the highest-rated specific areas are: trust in colleagues (96.0%), their commitment to achieving high results (96.6%), and the skills and capabilities of our teams (96.3%). This confirms that G2A is a great place to work and grow your career. 

We Appreciate the Hybrid Work Model and Benefits 💻 Remote and hybrid work are part of our everyday life, and this year’s results confirm that this model works really well. As many as 70% of us prefer working remotely, and 29% prefer hybrid work. This shows that with mutual trust, we can work effectively from anywhere in the world while staying fully connected to G2A’s diverse community and remote work tools. 

What’s more, our employee benefits received even greater recognition – their score increased from 3.6 to 4.1, which shows that they’re becoming more aligned with the needs of our team. 

Continuous Growth and Clear Purpose 🚀 Every year, we strive to get better – and it shows 😊 The growing satisfaction in key areas confirms that we’re moving in the right direction. We now have a much better understanding of G2A’s purpose – this score jumped from 3.3 to 4.5, reflecting a clearer and more transparent vision of the company’s development. 

We’re also seeing more people having regular conversations with their managers about their progress, which is reflected in this area’s rating (increased from 3.6 to 4.1).
