Start your adventure with G2A.COM!

We can’t wait to get to know you!
We’re open to the world and new faces. We’re eager to review your application for the position you’ve selected. If your qualifications match the expectations outlined in the job posting, we’ll gladly give you a call to invite you for the first interview. Depending on the department you’re applying to, the recruitment process may consist of three or four stages.
For IT positions or roles requiring a higher level of seniority, we often include two technical interviews. During these sessions, you’ll showcase your skills relevant to the role and ensure it’s the perfect fit for you.
Stage 1: A conversation with our recruiter, Wiola
During the video call with Wiola, you’ll get to know G2A.COM better, along with the role you’re applying for and the department you’re aiming to join. Wiola will share insights about our values and culture (G2A DNA) as well as the benefits we offer, such as MultiSport, medical care, training opportunities, a welcome pack, and much more. She’ll also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
This will be your chance to tell us more about yourself and your professional experience. You’ll be able to showcase your strengths and convince us that you’re the perfect fit for the role.
Here’s a tip: Wiola’s favorite question is, “Why did you decide to apply to G2A.COM?” So, be sure to prepare a thoughtful answer!
We’re not just looking for skills…
we invite people whose energy and personality will shape our culture and help us build the future of G2A.COM together.
– Wioletta Hermann-Szewczyk, Talent Acquisition Lead

Stage 2: A technical interview with the team
Alright! There was chemistry, you’ve got the right skills, so now it’s time for the second stage. This will be a technical interview either in the office or via Teams. During this meeting, you’ll meet your potential manager and the team from the department you’ll have the chance to join.
We’ll ask you to present your hard skills and the required competencies, so this is your moment to shine. A tip: we not only ask questions but also love answering them, so be sure to prepare a list of questions to make sure you don’t miss anything important.
We guarantee a fantastic atmosphere full of kindness and support. If you’ve made it to this stage, you’re already doing great – we’re rooting for you!
Stage 3: English language assessment
The English language assessment process includes a short online test to check your writing skills, followed by a phone conversation with an auditor who will evaluate your fluency and communication abilities.
Stage 4: Feedback
After each of the previous stages, you will receive feedback on how well your profile matches the job you applied for.
If everything goes smoothly and we want to invite you to join the G2A.COM team, Wiola will present you with our offer and discuss all the formal details. Then, your application will be forwarded to the Payroll and Onboarding teams. Soon, other fantastic team members will reach out to you to complete the formalities and ensure you start your adventure with G2A.COM with a bang!
It’s also possible that your application may not fully match our expectations or current needs – this is completely natural. If you’d like, we’ll gladly provide you with constructive feedback, offering a reasoned explanation for our decision.
