From a young age, I loved improving various things. I transferred my creativity from playing with Lego blocks as a child to optimizing in business.

The first step in my career life was a position in the User Support department at one of the largest banks in Poland. The next challenge was starting at G2A.COM in a completely new area for me – UX Research.

My career path led me from junior to senior UX Researcher in two years, and then, thanks to company-provided training, to manager. After more than seven years at G2A.COM, I believe it was an excellent decision.

My first years at G2A.COM were a time when the company was growing very dynamically. Every week, new, interesting people joined. It was also an intense period of implementing new technological solutions and shaping the unique organizational culture.

I started as an Infrastructure Administrator, became a Senior after two years, and in 2019, I became the leader of fourteen of the best SysDevOps under the sun. I learn from them every day, and despite our differences, we form one of the most cohesive teams in the organization.

For me, G2A.COM is an adventure with amazing people and interesting projects, like building our Data Center in Amsterdam from scratch. It’s a place where we rely on trust and teamwork. In my opinion, it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for.
